Aislyn understands the human factors involved in law, and focuses on areas that affect people at instrumental moments of their lives: purchasing and selling their homes, creating their wills, and planning their estates. She finds the relationships she forges with her clients during these important times to be the most rewarding aspect of practicing law. Aislyn knows her clients’ feelings are as relevant as the legalities at such times, and she provides the personal support as well as the expertise that allows them to make wise and thoughtful decisions.
She also advises business owners on corporate legal issues, including incorporations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and the purchase and sale of businesses. Aislyn aims to make these transactions proceed as smoothly as possible for her clients while ensuring they are kept informed of developments, and that all questions are promptly answered.
Working in a small firm allows Aislyn to focus on the individual client and help them to meet their legal needs in a timely manner. With the support of the firm’s four other lawyers, it’s assured that someone with the appropriate experience is always involved.
Prior to relocating to London, Aislyn obtained her law degree and began her practice in Toronto and the surrounding suburbs. She very much appreciates London’s green space and lively cultural scene. In her spare time, she plays dodgeball recreationally, and is finally learning to golf.
