While starting, growing, and running your own business can be exhilarating, it is also time-consuming and labour-intensive. Small business owners intimately understand their product, industry, or practice area, but legal questions that arise are often daunting. Anna prides herself on understanding her clients, their businesses, and their unique legal needs. She thrives on bringing her clients peace of mind so they can focus on running their business.
Anna works with small business owners from startup through succession planning. She provides a wide range of services, including incorporation, contract drafting and review, updating minute books, and buying or selling businesses.
Further, she works with medical professionals and is particularly attuned to the unique pressures and legal requirements faced by Ontario doctors. She incorporates medical professional corporations, reviews consulting contracts and medical office leases, manages minute books, and works collaboratively with her medical clients, their families, and advisors to secure optimal retirement and estate planning.
Anna is actively engaged in the London community. She is a board member of the Small Business Centre, and volunteers with the Small Business Centre, the London Community Foundation, and Western University’s Propel Entrepreneurship program. She also co-hosts and speaks at conferences for newly-practicing physicians throughout the year. Anna is fluent in English and in Polish.
