As a problem-solver by nature, Kerry’s thoughtful, collaborative, and detailed approach puts clients at ease as they navigate pivotal legal decisions and transactions. Whether a client is selling or purchasing a home, creating a will, or planning their estate, Kerry pays close attention to the priorities of each client, working with them to find effective and efficient legal solutions that best suit their unique circumstances.
Kerry also advises business owners and non-profit organizations on corporate legal issues, including incorporations, drafting and reviewing contracts, policy-building and the purchase and sale of businesses. As an experienced negotiator, Kerry considers the best interests of her clients at each step of a transaction, ensuring that it proceeds smoothly and fairly. Prior to joining Polishuk, Camman & Steele, Kerry practiced class action litigation at a large firm in London. This experience enables her to consult with corporate clients on compliance issues, assisting them to mitigate litigation risks.
The small firm environment at Polishuk, Camman & Steele enables Kerry to provide affordable, timely, and transparent client service, without sacrificing quality. She responds to client inquiries efficiently, seeking out the expertise of her colleagues as needed.
Kerry is a lifelong volunteer invested in the London community. She currently sits as Vice-Chair on the Board of Anova (formerly Women’s Community House and Sexual Assault Centre London). Kerry lives in London with her partner and their two young children. In her spare time, she enjoys theatre, cross-stitching and wine tasting.
